NoEscape 2.0

NoEscape 2.0 is a public map of border detention cases in Ukraine (2022-2026) based on court decisions under Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The map shows aggregated data: no exact coordinates, minimum cell size 500m, weekly publication delay. Sources include public court registries. The project publishes analysis, fragments, and downloadable data under a derived-data license.
